U.S. Senate Apologises over Lynchings

The US Senate has apologised for spending decades blocking efforts to make lynchings and mob violence against black Americans a federal crime.

Nearly 5,000 Americans - mostly black males - are documented as having been lynched between 1880 and 1960.

About 200 relatives of victims - and the only known lynching survivor alive today - witnessed the Senate apologise.

Senators repeatedly blocked anti-lynching legislation from being approved by Congress.

Nearly 200 anti-lynching bills were introduced, three of which made it past the lower House of Representatives between 1920 and 1940.

But despite the support of seven US presidents, the Senate stopped any of them becoming law.

By making lynching a federal crime, the legislation would have allowed the central US government to prosecute those responsible, and overcome opposition from local police forces, who were often complicit in the crimes.

"There may be no other injustice in American history for which the Senate so uniquely bears responsibility," said Senator Mary Landrieu, who introduced the apology resolution.

Still prejudice

The text apologises for the Senate's failure to act and "expresses the deepest sympathies and most solemn regrets of the Senate to the descendants of victims of lynching".

The vote was passed without opposition - though 20 of the 100 senators did not put their names to a statement supporting it.

Dan Duster, a descendant of anti-lynching crusader Ida B Wells, criticised those who did not sign.

"I think it's politics. They're afraid of losing votes from people of prejudice," he said.

'I escaped noose'

Among the others in Washington was James Cameron, 91, who was one of three people abducted from jail in Indiana to be hanged by a mob in 1930.

As a noose was tightened round the 16-year-old's neck, someone in the crowd spoke up for him and he was reprieved. His two friends died.

"The apology is a good idea, but it still won't bring anyone back," said Mr Cameron.

"I hope that the next time it won't take so long to admit to our mistakes."

The resolution was proposed by Sen Landrieu, and Senator George Allen, from Virginia, after they read a pictorial history of racist violence: Without Sanctuary: Lynching Photography in America.

Black people made up three-quarters of those lynched, but were not the only victims.

The apology coincides with the trial of a 79-year-old man over the 1964 murders of three civil rights workers - two of them white - in Mississippi.

Lynching victims are not the first to receive an apology from Congress. Apologies have also been offered to other persecuted groups, including Japanese-Americans.

But the potential scale of reparation payments has complicated attempts to win an apology to blacks for slavery.

Relatives of lynching victims make up a much smaller group.

Whether or not the Senate has blocked such things in the past is irrelevant.

What is important to see is that by making murder (and lynching is just that) a federal crime, these idiots are playing into the hands of those who would destroy the tattered remnants of our constitutional Republic.

And it gives pause to wonder how many of these solons might just be in cahoots with those intent on the continued subversion and destruction of our culture and heritage, which includes the basis of our law from its English and European roots.

This in turn causes more federal encroachment into the affairs of the several states thus expanding the central leviathan. We need less government intrusion into out lives and local affairs. It is up to the citizens locally to garner the intellectual honesty and courage that is required of them to police our elected officials who are nothing more than our servants.

Murder is already a capital offense and making a particular form of it a federal crime is specious reasoning and a tool of those who would destroy the checks and balances in our system of government which would turn this country into a police state.

We are already there and the continued attacks of the neocons, in particular the plans of John Bolton to reform the U.N. are mere window dressing to invite U.N. troops to takepart in rounding up American dissidents and dissenters en masse.

As Rep. Ron Paul of Texas so clearly points out, this plan by Bolton, id est, the White House, is simply another chilling aspect of Neocon Global Government.

This is the same subversion of state sovereignty on a global scale as we have seen on a national scale here in the U.S.

And it is all the more illegitimate since the U.N. has no more authority to do it to the countries of the world than does the federal government to the states.

This is only a tool for repression and tyranny. It is all too apparent if one looks critically at the goings on in the U.S. and compares it to what is happening on the international scene as incidents of the same type of tyranny rises in ever increasing numbers.

As far as lynching goes, it is beyond the realm of the intellectual honesty spoken of above to consider such a thing which is clearly outside the rule of law.

But, there most certainly are some neocon traitors and corporate swindlers, including a passle of banksters, who deserve a good, stout, short rope and a tall tree, or, in the alternative, the hangman's gallows after they have been given a fair trial and found guilty of their crimes against the people.

First NAFTA, now CAFTA: two nafkas

These acronyms always remind me of the Yidddish word, nafke, i.e., a prostitute from the Aramaic nafka, meaning
the same thing, the oldest profession. Why the harsh comparison? Because both NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and CAFTA (Central American Free Trade Agreement) represent the prostitution of American jobs, laws and the Constitution, plus Mexican and Central American labor rights, farms and livelihoods. All brought to us by multi-national corporations and their procurers in the administration.

In the words of Lori M. Wallach, director of Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch, "CAFTA's text is 90 percent identical to NAFTA, and the other 10 percent of CAFTA is worse. Yet NAFTA has an 11-year old record of failure. During the NAFTA era, the U.S. lost millions of manufacturing jobs, real median wages flattened, farm trade volumes increase but commodity prices and farm income plummeted, and a small trade surplus turned into a big deficit with NAFTA nations, which now contributes significantly to the $637 billion deficit threatening future US economic growth and the dollar's stability.

"Meanwhile many in Mexico also lost out; some 1.5 million campesino farmers lost their farms and livelihoods, real median wages in Mexico dropped 20 percent since NAFTA and food prices jumped. Hunger in Mexico increased, as has the number of people pushed to make the dangerous journey to the United States to seek work here. Thus, Latino groups, including the League of United Latin American Citizens, the nation's largest Hispanic membership organization, the Central American Resource Center, the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement and the Salvadoran American National Network all oppose CAFTA, call it anti-Latino and exclusionary."

CAFTA adds six Central American nations (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua) to the original NAFTA. And it also expands the power of foreign corporations to put their profit interests above the people's interest in the U.S. and the six Latin nations. Olé!

As Wallach observes, "Since the signing of CAFTA one year ago, opposition has swelled [to it] through the United States. Rural, labor, environment, immigrants' rights and faith-based groups have elevated the debate over the expansion of NAFTA through CAFTA into a referendum on the future of U.S. trade policy. Forcing members of Congress to take sides on whether the future US policy will benefit the middle class, create jobs and promote accountability and fairness, or continue with a reckless status quo narrowly benefiting large multinational corporations."

See, what makes CAFTA even a worse nafka than NAFTA is that it will give foreign multinationals greater legal rights than we citizens have in our own country. It will actually allow these corporations to overrule our laws, whether they are national, state, or local, whenever US law happens to knock heads with their profit plans. CAFTA will go so far as usurping the constitutional authority of the US by transferring jurisdiction over these corporate and state battles out of our judicial system into "supranational, corporate-friendly, global-trade tribunals which operate in secrecy and are even authorized to overrule US Supreme Court decisions," according to Jim Hightower, editor of Hightower Lowdown, Vo. 7., No. 6, June 2005. Sounds like Kafka, too, n'est pas? It is, more than surreal.

Hightower reports, "Methanex, a Canadian company that makes a component of a gasoline additive that has been banned in California, has taken the California ban to a NAFTA tribunal. Methanex is demanding that it be awarded nearly a billion dollars for its loss of business due to the ban. Under NAFTA's rules, the State of California has no standing and cannot take any part in the case. It must rely on federal lawyers to defend the state regulation."

Even if Methenex doesn't collect its full tab, NAFTA has raised corporations to the level of nationhood, all equal to the US government. What's more, the US taxpayer has already been screwed out of $3 million to deal with this case. Some price this nafka comes with.

But to return to CAFTA's deadly twist, it "broadens the corporate reach dramatically," as Hightower reports. "Under NAFTA, a US corporation cannot file a case with these tribunals against our own national, state, or local laws. But CAFTA rips a multibillion-dollar loophole into that prohibition. It would allow the foreign subsidiaries of US corporations to file such cases against state or local government actions here at home. Unlike smaller businesses, global corporations have subsidiaries everywhere, so this gives them a right that our hometown companies don't have. Phillip Morris, for example, could use a Central American subsidiary to challenge US tobacco laws in a CAFTA tribunal."

So, CAFTA, so highly touted by Bush procurers, will use trade policy to feed the lascivious appetites of global gluttons. Bush, in 2003, began the attack going after state procurement policies for services, vehicles, office spaces, uniforms, legal advice and computers. Wrapped in bureaucratic language, the letter asked governors to help the US of A "in voluntary commitment . . . to be covered under the government procurement provisions of new [trade] agreements." It assured governors this was everyday stuff, and that their agreement "would not require [their] state to change its current government procurement practices."

Thus spoke the wolf, batting his eyes. And the Little Red-Riding Hood governors bought it, in 28 states, although New Hampshire woke up and withdrew itself from the deal. What the other governors did not realize was that they'd signed on the dotted line, subjecting their states to purchasing policies and international rules that were not even yet written—corruption incarnate. When the CAFTA rules finally were written—in stone—Public Citizen's Global Trade Watch sent a memo to state legislators and attorneys general—a group that hadn't formerly been notified or consulted—by Bush or their governors. The memo opened eyes to the fact that the White House lied to the governors. "Chapter 9, Article 9–2," as Hightower reports, for sure requires any state that signed must make its purchasing program go lockstep with CAFTA's. Frankly, the word nafka might be too high-toned for these gutter-level gangsters.

Those states that signed, among other things, can't give preference to local companies or even made-in-the-USA products. They can't say no to spending their tax dollars on firms moving a state's jobs offshore. Can you believe that?

Requirements to use recycled materials, mercury-free food, energy from renewable sources, went out the window, too, along with consumer-safety labeling.

Signatory states can't ban corporate suppliers from contracts because of lousy human rights, labor or environmental practices, as well child labor and sweatshop practices.

Such states can't demand fair or living wages for workers and/or for unions to receive fair treatment. I mean, we have returned to the stone ages here. Free marketers are prostituting the laws, labor and rights of North Americans and South Americans.

Similarly, human rights are a no-go for these tarts, even from countries actively suppressing workers' and citizens' right or who are ruled by brutal dictators. God bless America, and those governors running off the cliff to sign, without reading the fine print. And if those states don't live down to those non-principles, CAFTA can use its constitutional powers to cut off state funding or force a state to live with the tribunal's ruling. Is this what anybody, other than dedicated morons or hard-core fascists, voted for in America?

There is no due process here on how their tax bucks are spent. It's all up to an unelected foreign trade group invented by and for global piglets. It is giving away the store without a shot fired, presenting a bill, holding a hearing, public discussion, nada . . . just handing it all over to the global swill, thanks to George Bush and his procurers.

Fortunately, nine of the 28 airhead governors who signed up for CAFTA have rescinded. They either read the fine print or their grassroot political groups or legislative leaders whipped them into shape.

Anybody Outraged Yet?

CAFTA is a minefield, with many deadly bombs buried in its thick brush of text. Yet, have you heard any major network or newspaper cry out? I have heard George Bush's best patriotic voice on radio in sound bites from speeches telling us what a boon this is to America, Central America and Freedom. Oh yeah, at least kiss us before you screw us. The speeches are his idea of foreplay.

But I have also heard about the massive public demonstrations over CAFTA. Once again, from Lori M. Wallach: "In El Salvador, 250,000 citizens joined large protests. Prolonged protests against CAFTA in Guatemala resulted in the military breaching the civil war peace accords and firing on protesters, killing at least two civilians. While the elite in Central America push the deal, associations representing the public interest—18 separate Central American labor federations, indigenous peoples groups and health groups—oppose CAFTA. More than 160 civil society groups in Central America have signed declarations opposing CAFTA. Their message has been clear: CAFTA will increase political and social instability in our region." How's that for a vote of non-confidence?

As Hightower points out, Articles 9 and 10 and also 11 could use some digging into by our media bright lights. Eleven says, "that if a local government function in the US or the other six nations is in competition with private firms that provide such service, the government must allow all corporations—specifically including foreign corporations—to bid on privatizing that public service. . . . This is a rather important story with huge ramifications for local governments and democratic sovereignty. . . ." I'd say that's a giant story, New York Times, NBC, L.A. Times, CBS, ABC, CNN, and Washington Post! Anyone want to take it on?

Hightower, in his humble four-page newsletter, adds that Article 11.8 is "another explosion of democratic control, for it allows the secretive trade tribunals to render judgment on whether any particular government regulation in the service sector is 'necessary.' Requirements to protect the privacy of our personal information, for example, could be subject to challenge by foreign corporations under this proviso, allowing a CAFTA tribunal to decide if such a requirement is necessary, regardless of the fact that We the People had already decided through our legislative process that it is necessary."

So, in essence, these multi-national corporations and their secret tribunals could be handed the power to override our laws, and to challenge, for instance, "such democratically decided policies as our national law banning tobacco ads targeted to children, our state laws establishing renewable energy goals, or our local zoning laws to restrict the size and location of big-box stores." How about when you want to sleep with your mate, go to the bathroom, or how many kids you want to have? This is beyond La Puta Grande, the mother of all nafkas. This is Global Big Brother calling the shots on your life. Welcome to the future, if that's what you want it to be.

See, W and his corporate nafkas are pushing and seducing Congress with all their might and favors to rubberstamp CAFTA. But the people in Latin America, as stated, are already in the streets. "Free trade" is a bitter pill for them to swallow. When they wake up from its drugging effects they know they'll find corporate bordellos exploiting, expropriating and dominating them, mostly behind the masks of US-based corporations. CAFTA is a powder keg waiting for a match every place but here, where July 4th is coming and everybody could really whiz up some fantastic fireworks. In fact, let's take the party to Washington, the Capitol and the White House. But keep in mind, as Bush spoke of democratic rights in Guatemala, the army opened fire, killing two and wounding nine.

Yet, more than a thousand pissed demonstrators surrounded the capitol building in Honduras when they got word that their congress was rushing through ratification of CAFTA. Bam, the legislators took off like rats. One of the protestors said, "We tossed them out, and then we went into the chambers ourselves. Then we constituted ourselves as the congress of true representatives of the Honduran people, and voted to scrap congress's ratification." Viva la revolucion!

In Costa Rica the president says that he won't even turn in the pact for ratification until a citizen's panel reviews it. Viva Costa Rica! And they don't even have an Army. The president disbanded it years ago to use the monies for education. You have 99 percent literacy there. Is there some connect?

Meanwhile back in D.C., El Brilliante, nuestro Presidente, lacks the votes to ram CAFTA where the sun doesn't shine, or that would have been a fait accompli. Even though he signed it May 2004, he's been sitting on it and can pick his opportune moment to submit it to Congress, like at three in the morning. But even his bevy of nafkas doesn't want to bend for this baby. And even the nafka Dems are shy. And the southern belles, as well, are getting enough heat to cool them off.

But remember eternal vigilance, my friends, is the price of democracy. Don't count on D.C.'s grand bordello to stay legit, while spinners, lobbyists and the Bushies are out in fall farce and force, puckering their lips, lifting knees to groins, twisting arms into victory. You've seen it in Florida three times. Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country. Believe it, and send the NAFTA, the CAFTA, and the nafkas packing. I hear Guantanamo may be available soon for new residents. How about it? What a hell of an Independence Day celebration that would make.

NAFTA has caused conditions in Mexico to worsen, thus giving impetus to the illegal immigration to the U.S. and worsening conditions here in the process.

Free trade is NOT free!

And we see massive demonstrations now in Central America in Honduras, Guatemala, and Costa Rica as the people turn up the heat on their governments and come out against the plundering pirates of the transnational corporations led by the globalist cabal of international bankers.

Led by Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina, South America has begun to strike out at the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas. The people of the Andean nations of Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru have also risen up and shouted their opposition to further plundering of their natural resources and their economies.

We need a good strong dose of intellectual honesty among the people of the U.S. The vast majority have only been fooling themselves that nothing is amiss. Perhaps a few more need to find themselves “naked in the streets” before they really start to wake up.

Serpents in the Garden

Note: This was all planned "long, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away" (metaphorically), because these events and their consequences are so foreign to what we think of as normal American Life, that the concepts here almost appear to be alien. However this began with actual reality and legalities that still exist today.

The planning for our "extra-constitutional continuity-of-government," was completed during the Reagan era and was called The Armageddon Plan. This is the Emergency Contingency Plan created to "run" this country during a military emergency, for the duration of that event. It was begun to counter a potential nuclear attack during the cold war but was used on 911 as a precautionary measure. The Armageddon Plan was activated on September eleventh and will remain in place until the Bush-War Upon the World has been completed. According to Hitler the Third Reich was to last a thousand years - yet the Nazi's were crushed in twelve. Bush says that his wars will not end in our lifetimes. But that self-justifying decision depends upon our willingness to go along with this treacherous fraud.

Investigative reporters tend to forget that while things like the Armageddon Plan, created in secret and without congressional oversight, was meant only to be used in emergencies, instead what we have has enabled the activation of a state of perpetual war. With that State of War in place and affirmed by the president, this plan has superceded constitutional government in the United States, as well as having handcuffed all our laws and rights under "normal conditions" - which is why what we have today is both off-the-books and "legal" at the same time.

This is also how it was possible to keep the no-bid-contracts SECRET, the deaths of our troops SECRET, the true purposes behind all our aggressive behaviors SECRET: Because everything disappears behind that liquid midnight curtain of National Security - which is neither 'national' nor 'secure.' This in reality is merely the license to steal in the guise of protecting a "HOMELAND" that, until George W. Bush, was a word that was never affiliated with the USA!

This becomes extremely important whenever anyone attempts to understand the fascist brutality of this government as it crashes through international laws and conventions around the world today. There was a coup on 911 and the country was captured which allowed our rights and freedoms to be shackled and chained by treason and lies. All of this was done under cover of artificial legalities created by those same people that carried out the attacks on 911. These are the puppets that now appear to be in charge of this nation and our policies and laws, at this point in time.

While this "secret plan" was implemented by executive decision in a time of war, to be effective and useful as actual law, this has to come up for congressional action and judicial review. The Second World War, for the USA, only lasted four years - this promises to continue much longer. It began as a SECRET administrative plan for emergency protection - but it's continuance in the present situation must be ratified by those whose job it is to insure that what our government says is law, really does comport with the binding laws of this nation. At some point this will be attempted; once those currently challenging the validity of the USA PATRIOT Act (We Must DESTROY FREEEDOM In Order To Save It?) begin to realize what they are really up against.

This could be pivotal as the U.S. Supreme Court needs to hear this case in order to legitimize the continuance of this fraud, a fraud that they themselves created on 12-12-2000 when they stopped the Florida vote count so that Bush could be declared president. That fact means that the Supreme Court of the land is in violation of its own reason for being - which was to remain the one completely neutral arbiter within the government that could decide any legal problem openly and fairly.

Since the Court is already on-the-record as being biased toward the Bush administration - they can no longer be seen as either unbiased, or legal.

The real "problem" will arise when the public finally discovers that we've all been had! Because if the court approves this new "extra-constitutional" NON-limit on the power of the federal government to disenfranchise the population they are suppose to serve - then the USA will officially become the dictatorship that it is already, but with that decision we will perpetually continue to be ruled under a new and more tyrannical marital law.

If this is to be resisted there is very little time. However, once formal questions begin to be asked - then some taxpayers may begin to open escrow accounts into which they can put their taxes - until such time as the lawful entity to which taxes should be paid has been clearly established! Without tax money the wars would come to an end, and so would the careers of the Outlaws - think about that! That act may trigger a legitimate uprising against what many increasingly see as an illegal and self-serving bunch of pirates, rather than the legitimate U.S. government that these Outlaws claim to be.

All the fear and paranoia; all the cheerleading; all the flags and bunting that surround our colonial wars of occupation are nothing more than smoke and mirrors for the real target of all this posturing. That target in reality has always been the complete and total takeover of the nation, along with the destruction of our rights and freedoms, as well as the very form of our government itself. This hostile takeover has already happened: All that remains is to legitimize the facts already in play, and with that act will come the Death of this Nation as a free country, as a Democratically organized Republic, and as a once-respected nation among the community of nations.

So much death and destruction, so many hideous and unspeakable lies have been spoken and continue to be repeated in support of this travesty of all that should have been sacred to Americans; it seems impossible that we have gone this far without having actually challenged these Outlaws who have spent their careers planning to steal not just our lives, but our dreams and our futures - along with all that we have spent our lives trying to build.

There are so very many divisive and distracting issues and problems now - that keep most people pre-occupied within the upper layers of this shell game there seems to be no real time left to ponder what-really-happened to us or to the world on 911. That is no accident!

Freedom is not free, and when liberty is gagged and bound, the people she stands for cannot live their lives, or even hope to alter the conditions that we are dangerously close to becoming permanently a part of. The shell holes in the figure and in the constitution that she holds came from inside "liberty" and represent the subversion of this nation's ideals from the inside out - rather than from the phony seizure plot that was acted out on that September morning.

The administration and the corporatocracy have co-opted the media to create their current position as the disinformation and obfuscation arm of the new federal government. In this they have outdone themselves as masters of disguise and misdirection. When we begin to deal with this many-headed-hydra that government is now - then we must concentrate our efforts on beheading each of these vicious heads of this alien-beast that our former "servant" has become. Only in this way will there ever be any freedom or any real security in these United States again, instead of the Fourth-World-Dictatorship that we have become. "Fourth" because we continue to pretend to be other than what we truly
are.

Please make no mistake: This is the future and it is here and now for anyone not affiliated with the continuing crimes being committed by the players behind and within the corporatocracy - against each and every one of us!

Isn't it time that we finally begin to ask real questions and to demand real answers from those that have raised piracy to a global art-form and turned the word Outlaw into a status to be achieved?

Imagine a lengthy passenger train with sabotaged brakes hurtling down precipitous tracks. Gravity and momentum spins the frenzied wheels to scorching speeds.

The people on board drink, eat, play, daydream or sleep unaware that drunken engineers have lost control. Soon hairpin turns through the mountain passes must be negotiated. It is now too late to slow and check the brakes. The certitude of impending disaster and doom is upon them.

The train in this instance is the United States Government, and the passengers are all the citizens thereof. The engineers are Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the rest of the neocons including Feith, Bolton, Wolfowitz, the Prince of Darkness himself, Richard Perle, and a host of others. The engineers, of course, are at the controls due to the trickery and deceit they have perpetrated on the passengers.

That trickery and deceit is the extra-constitutional lawlessness which has been perpetrated over the last century with the establishment of the private Federal Reserve System and the phony 16th Amendment which supposedly create an "income tax."

The next step was the establishment of the maritime insurance contract known as Social Security. You have waived your rights when you "signed on the dotted line."

Another scheme is the licentiousness that is all too apparent where you must ask "permission" from government to do anything. A license denotes permission to do that which would otherwise be unlawful; drivers license, marriage license, and on and on.

Let's face it folks, we have lost the republic and there is little else to do but to ride the train to its horrific crash and then pick up the pieces and start over.

The society is sick beyond repair and it now falls to those few brave patriots to take charge and insist that justice be carried out against this criminal cabal who rules us in terror.

Where are the elected representatives on Capitol Hill? Most have already "sold their souls" and are irretrievably lost. French and Dutch Patriots Rout the New World Order

Frankfurt, Germany - On May 29, 2005, under a blazing sun, a raggle-taggle army of French patriots, nationalists, libertarians, conservatives, socialists and communists joined together as one in an unprecedented strategic alliance and mounted a stunning, crippling attack on the New World Order in the heart of Europe.

Just three days later, fired by the courage of their French cousins to the south, the Dutch people rallied to the standard and put to flight whatever remained of the European elites' parasitic army of self-absorbed, Lucifer-worshipping propagandists; treading underfoot all 252 pages of 'The Treaty Establishing a Constitution for Europe', a veritable Devil's Charter for the final subjugation and control of an already heavily regulated people.

Within the space of less than a week, the beast-men who arrogantly run the Europe Union out of a sense of natural entitlement and intellectual superiority, licking their chops at the prospect of Europe's first real head of state with potent executive powers and a triumphant expansionary agenda, have fallen from their over-world abode of studied indifference and invulnerability into a pit of unfathomable despair.

In the thirty-three months it took to write and then rewrite the new constitution in a frantic bluster of secret negotiations and self-congratulatory banquets, and at a cost to taxpaying munchkins of untold millions of euros, nothing could have prepared them for this dark hour. For these pampered viceroys of a revived Roman empire who take upon themselves the title of 'Excellency' work to a timetable set by a higher master - a master who jealously stalks the corridors of power, from Whitehall to Washington, Beijing to Moscow, looking to devour those who serve less than flawlessly and without an eye on the clock. It's five minutes to twelve, and the ticking has rudely stopped. The master is furious.

This wasn't meant to happen. The propaganda has always worked in the past. The entire left-right spectrum of the French political and Catholic establishment, backed by a nimble phalanx of pseudo experts and geriatric SWAT teams of white-haired university professors with impressive titles, joined with both 'respectable society' and the drug-addled icons of popular Parisian culture to remind all good citizens through the whoring mainstream media and their legion of multiple-orifice presstitutes that it was their duty to say "Oui". But the sons and daughters of French liberty, seething with an indignant rage shared by millions of Europeans denied the right to vote, confronted the globalist beast and yelled "Non!"

The political tsunami was felt from the west coast of Ireland to the east coast of Greece. "Non! The Earthquake," proclaimed the headline on the front page of La Tribune, while the globalist newspaper Libération attacked the rebellious French, describing the result as representing "a general disaster and an epidemic of populism, which is sweeping everything in its path". The May 30 edition of the Europhile British daily, The Guardian, went further and claimed boldly: "Yesterday was nothing less than the beginning of the second French revolution."

The mainstream German press, constrained as it is by a general prohibition on all talk of alternatives to the European Union, could only speculate on what might have happened had the German people been allowed to vote. "The fears that surfaced during the debate in France are not foreign to us," said Henrik Uterwedde, Deputy Director of the German-French Institute in Ludwigsburg. If Germans had been granted a referendum, he continued, "the discussion would have gone exactly the same way".

"The French voted for us," was a common refrain on the streets of Frankfurt. The German parliament, traditionally fearful of allowing ordinary citizens to vote in referenda, in much the same way it fears any objective discussion about the lies contained within the pages of Germany's official 'history' books, treasonously ratified the treaty with a comfortable majority on Friday, May 27, following a series of quisling pro-EU speeches reminiscent of East Germany's subservience to the Soviet Union.

This audacious betrayal of the German people took place against a backdrop in which the mainstream media made no mention of the planned NATO and US neoconservative takeover of the German armed forces, an agenda concealed in cleverly worded provisions in Articles 1-14 and 1-16 of the treaty. Indeed, mindful of the wrath of the City of London and its insidious international banking operations, already responsible for instigating and financing two world wars to break the spirit of the German people, the federal media shut down all discussion of the constitution's implications for other independent European armies.

As neatly summarised by journalist and peace campaigner Israel Shamir, the French saved their fellow Europeans from a fate worse than death by killing a document that would forever bind sovereign national armies to NATO, placing them under the control of neo-fascist Washington and its Satanic, Zionist puppet masters in London.

"The proposed constitution was about to subordinate the European Armed Forces to the NATO, meaning to the US command," wrote Israel Shamir in the May 30 edition of TheTruthSeeker.co.uk. "But for [the] wisdom of the French voters, in the next US invasion, Europeans would be forced to serve in the invading force, whether it is Iran or Russia that the Neo-cons will decide to subdue."

Wrong-footed, winded and fumbling, the flabby, grey-faced politicians and lawyers are out in force: explaining, soothing, prevaricating. It's spin time again. Like a host of Armani-suited Jabba the Hutts, sliming their way from one government-controlled mainstream media outlet to the next, Europe's political degenerates are putting the shine on a humiliating defeat with words carefully chosen lest they unwittingly acknowledge the power that ordinary people still possess. Britain's best-known murderer, Tony Blair: "Time for reflection". Germany's outgoing Chancellor, Gerhard Schroeder: "Regrettable". France's Traitor-in-Chief himself, Jacques Chirac: "I take note".

The elites are busy scribbling the notes of which Chirac spoke. Legally, the treaty requires ratification in all 25 European Union member states, yet angry Bilderbergers such as Jose Manuel Barroso, the current head of the European Commission, are already hissing that either dissenting nations would be 'invited' to vote again until they get it 'right', or that something may miraculously emerge from the small print previously overlooked, which would allow for a more liberal interpretation of the rules. "We cannot say that the treaty is dead," Barroso warned ominously.

But the Dutch disagree. As I write, millions of them are kicking the corpse of this odious treaty; and should there be yet one twitch remaining in the body of its articles, the British and the Danes will finish the job.

For American readers unacquainted with life on the European continent, understand that this is nothing less than the start of a full-blooded political insurrection that cuts right across the artificial political divide. While the wheels have come off the European project, leaving the vehicle stuck in a constitutional ditch, opponents of the globalist agenda are now poised for what should be an aggressive and determined attack on the very engine of expansion and integration.

For both Americans and Europeans, the enemy is the same. It employs trauma-based economic terrorism under the banner of 'free markets' to demolish the nation state and our God-given rights to liberty and self-determination. It works through price-gouging, tax largesse for corporations that destroy free-enterprise, the wholesale destruction of the middle classes by encouraging the export of quality jobs abroad and the import of cheap labour to displace what few options are left. It is dedicated to the creation of artificial conflicts and trivial distractions to keep people divided and drugged, and it maintains the constant drumbeat of militarism that nuances the dance of death in which the United Nations and the United States are willing partners who fake being out of step.

The world has long since surrendered its hope that fearless Americans will rise up by force of arms and reclaim their birthright, retaking their great country from the freedom and wealth-destroying Zionist cabal in Washington. While their children die for Israel and oil in a war to depopulate a broken Arab nation that did them no harm, most Americans are lost in a bizarre fantasy world of asinine government propaganda, junk entertainment and effeminate shopping malls.

But though, for now, the issue is a diabolical treaty settled without a whiff of gun-smoke at the ballot box, the French have raised the standard of resistance against a wounded but unrepentant New World Order, and the battle lines are drawn. Europe's parasitic elites in London, Brussels and Strasbourg will neither forgive nor forget; and in the months and years to come, they will not go down without drawing blood. So mark this day and mark it well, for Europe stands before the fire.

At long last, the fight-back has begun.

If the American sheeple would awaken to see what would happen when they ignore the manipulatative mainstream media, we could follow suit and stop the Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA) and also its Central American counterpart (CAFTA) which are essential to the implemetation of regional government in the Western Hemisphere.

This is a step in the implementation of the US Dollar as the single currency unit of that intended union which would tear down all borders and cause chaos and upheaval the like of which no society or civilization could survive.

The leaders of Venezuela, Brazil and Argentina see it, and now the new president of Ecuador has slapped the global monopolists in the face.

Why the Dutch used their NO as a sledgehammer between the eyes of their misleaders: Who wants to sign a blank check for future wars by the US/NATO/EU-Army without a UN Mandate?

The Netherlands - Like the French last week-end, the Dutch voted NO in the referendum on the treacherous EU Treaty yesterday. With nearly all ballots counted, unofficial results showed a thunderous 62 percent voted "NO" while 38 percent said "YES". The level of opposition and the turnout of 63 percent exceeded all projections.
The by eighty-one percent (81) of the people despised dutch 'christian' neocon Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende conceded defeat Wednesday night and said his government would accept the will of the people.

It's even thought that the 'vote counters' refrained from using electronic 'rigging' techniques - like in the US there's no 'paper trail' from the voting machines in Holland - because in the bitter end it had become 'too dangerous'. One of the TV polls the night before showed namely a too big a difference by a sixty-five percent NO votes, and twenty-five% YES votes!* There was no room left for 'plausible deniability', even if all by the government faked opinion polls untill the last hours maintained that the YES vote was getting very close. It turned out to be a 25% gap. which couldn't be 'faked away'.

The angry NO vote by the fed-up Dutch is based on bad experiences of the past years with the growing 'Superstate' in which the 16 million Dutch were promised a 'Great Europe without Borders' - with the freedom to travel anywhere 'without even needing a passport anymore'.

'APARTHEID' IN THE NETHERLANDS?

The reality is, that we now in the Netherlands live in an 'Apartheid-state', where we can get fined when we leave our house without an ID card: "On average a little more than 100 fines a day were issued to people who could not produce identification in January. Since a new law came into effect on News Year's Day [2005] obliging everyone above the age of 14 to carry ID, authorities have issued 3,300 fines, news agency Novum reported. The fines amount to EUR 50 and EUR 25 for those aged 14 or 15."

The often malignant and corrupt [Barosso] 'politicians' in Brussels promised 'One Big Europe', with - as one of the advantages - the 'Euro' as the new currency. The people were warned that 'live might become up to a half percent more expensive'. In reality more dutch middle class people are going bankrupt than ever, with a fast growing number of people complaining that 'prices have doubled' and their economy is in shambles. Two years ago fourthousand people got free food from one of the 'free food organisations' in Amsterdam. A month ago - and this is still one of the 'richest' countries on earth - poverty had tenfolded. More than fourty-thousand (40.000) people today find themselves standing in line at that same free food center to get something to eat. Because otherwise, as they say: "We and our families will starve".

I see very little people in the average supermarkets buying meat after the fifteenth or so...when too much of the month is left, and too little Euros. The worst thing being that Holland is among the richest countries on earth, but still has around one million people 'vegetating' on the poverty line, according to the government's own figures.

People voted NO too, because the same gangsters that keep robbing and wrecking the economy, now again shoved a 439 pages fine print 'blank check' under the Dutch noses, urging all to sign again. And on top of that in their imbecile arrogance threatening with everything negative possible from 'staggering unemployment figures' to 'black outs', and even in a TV message with the Holocaust, done by the despicable Dutch neocons, the conservative party VVD. ('Vereniging Van Dieven')

PEOPLE ARE NOT CLEVER ENOUGH?

The neocon Dutch government's 'investigations' of the people's complaints - with the govt's own 'commissions' of course - certainly never found any fault. Justice in the Netherlands has been killed a long tome ago: impartial judges are unknown, and to them 'Justice' means "Just us". Even 'People are not clever enough' - was said by the people's own personel in The Hague, which are corrupt in different shades and call themselves 'Excellency'.

Those so called 'ministers' also said the people were 'too stupid to understand the exchange rates and couldn't count.'
Apparently they themselves can't count either: according to the 'Nederlandse Bank' director Brouwers on TV, and many other high ranking financial specialists, the Dutch Guilder currency was 'sold out' ten percent below it's net worth, enlarging the economical disaster for the taxpayers and as usual enriching 'The Banks of London'. The neocon robbers involved - after the overwhelming vote of distrust by two-thirds of the people - kept denying Brouwers even ever said so... While everybody could see and hear it on national TV.

An investigation by the Dutch weekly HP/De Tijd - published exactly two years ago, under the cover title "The Euro Disaster" confirmed - by comparing the cost of living 'before' and 'after' the introduction of the Euro - that the overall cost of living at least had gone up with forty-nine-dot-one percent (49.1%). That was two years ago.

No wonder the Dutch have (finally) sharpened their knives, because the collaborators working for the multinationals 'managing' Holland which call themselves journalistst, specialists, experts etc. - day and night drowned the country in a tsunami of lies in a false ticker tape parade of YES! EU-propaganda. All financed by the taxpayers of course, who are apparently seeing through the mainstream media's country-wide fog of lies. But even in the official brochures the word 'taxes' was left out; to avoid making people think about who's paying the crook's bills.

The Dutch seem not to be willing to accept anymore that Holland is #6 of the richest countries in the world, while they - after Sweden - pay the highest taxes in the world, getting less and less in return, of the 6 months a year they 'tax-work' for the 'government'. The greedy neocons 'running' the Netherlands, the criminal lot of insurance companies, London banks and other non-taxed multinationals at work in Holland, are stripping the country and people in the same way the neocons do in the United States, England etc. They are 'Starving the Beast' without any scruples and must be stopped. A poll published two weeks ago, showed nineteen percent (19) favorable towards the neocon 'government' with an overwhelming eighty-one (81) percent dumping PM Balkenende and his hypocritical 'christian' neocons.

More and more people openly say this hypocritical 'christian' so called 'Prime Minister' and his gang should be treated like the former Rumanian presidential crook Ceaucescu, but get a fair trial and be put in court as soon as is possible because of crimes against humanity in illegal american neocon wars too.*

The many reasons how and why the new 'Treaty for a European Constitution' is very undemocratic and dangerous to peoples lives and well being, is very well shown in this excellent summing up, with all the important points why nobody ever should sign this blank check.* It has however nothing to do with 'left' or 'right': humanity is divided in the groups 'givers' and 'takers'. The US/Israeli 'neocons' and their London banks have for more than a century been slyly growing into the worst exponents of the 'takers'. Victims of their despicable 'War of Terror' are all the 'givers'. The ignorant 'no opinion' people too; because they're paying without understanding or being able to comprehend the dirty scheme.

MILITARIZATION - SECRET AGREEMENTS AND NO UNITED NATIONS APPROVAL

There is a whole series of top secret agreements between the European Union Council, the United States, Israel and different defense forces and intelligence services, which the EU voters - and many times not even their members of parliament - are allowed to see nor hear about. But pay - for the secret militarization and infringements on their 'freedoms' - the misled taxpayer must.

Anthony Coughlan, the Secretary of the 'EU Research and Information Centre' writes in his excellent article on the NO to the EU, about the militarization of the EU, as part of the US neocon Empire, it is understood. "It militarizes the EU", Coughlan rightfully writes: "The Constitution points to the end of the formal military neutrality of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria and Malta by replacing the 'Nice Treaty' provision that the progressive framing of a common defense policy "MIGHT lead to a common defense, SHOULD the European Council so decide" with the provision in the Constitution that it "WILL lead to a common defense, WHEN the European Council, acting unanimously, so decides "(Art.I-41).

That decision is clearly only a matter of time. The same Article requires all Member States "to make civilian and military capabilities available to the Union for the implementation of the common security and defense policy". The Constitution permits EU military operations to take place without a UN Charter mandate. ( ! - HR )

Article I-16 gives the EU the power to conduct a common foreign and security policy covering "all areas of foreign policy and all questions relating to the Union's security, including the progressive framing of a common defense policy that might lead to a common defense". The same Article places Member States under an explicit constitutional obligation to refrain from following an independent foreign policy if that clashes with the EU one: "Member States shall actively and unreservedly support the Union's common foreign and security policy in a spirit of loyalty and mutual solidarity and shall comply with the Union's action in this area. They shall refrain from action contrary to the Union's interests or likely to impair its effectiveness."

Tony Bunyan, editor of the excellent 'Statewatch', in an earlier comment: "This is another instance of secret policy making. European and national parliaments should be consulted and the texts made public so that there can be a debate as to their content and consequences.

Putting these agreements in place is not just about exchanging classified documents, it is also about the construction of a security regime for future cooperation on defense, foreign policy and justice and home affairs between the EU, non-EU states and international organizations. It is about tying in the acceding states and others into the aims and objectives of the EU-NATO-USA politico military axis."

With other words: the EU army with it's 'Rapid Deployment Forces', the US's SSB, ('Special CIA Forces' 'Rendering') and NATO troops - all under American so called NATO command in reality - is supposed to fight wars for the neocons without asking again for a UN resolution or a mandate of the Security Council of the United Nations.

War criminals do not get a UN mandate as long as the disgustingly brutal 'Bulldozer Bolton' has not succeeded in wrecking the whole UN as is his plan. He calls it reorganizing the UN. Normally one doesn't get a mandate when committing crimes against humanity all the time, like done the US, Israel, England, the Netherlands and what's left of the bullied and bribed 'Coalition of the Killing' in their illegal wars.

The Neocon Dream they work for has not come true yet, and through the Dutch NO vote now the plans are delayed for their 'European Province' of the US Empire which in the future still more should be striking at will and 'covering' all illegal military occupations and other murderous actions, without any United Nations Security Council's approval, sanctions nor limits.

Thanks to everyday's 'home made laws' even legalising torture - and like the EU 'Treaty' still is meant to become, there even will be - according to the neocons - 'No More War criminals'!

The Dutch have a proverb: the brutal people have half the world, and try to get the rest.

That's too why the people in open disgust said NO.

We need to be mindful that the UN is still considered to be the vehicle for the administration of the Global Government. And the neocons wish to shape that organization to do its (read Israel's and the fascist corporate-government symbiant's) bidding.

"Church of Bush" Gets $3 Million in 2006 Budget

After months of denial and evasion, the White House has finally admitted that it is aware of a religious sect which considers President Bush to be a divine figure. Moreover, the sect is apparently scheduled to receive $3 million in funding through the Compassion Capital Fund (CCF), part of a three-year initiative included in the President's 2006 budget.

The sect, officially known as the Texas Christian Divine Fellowship of the New Millennium, is more commonly called the Church of the Burning Bush by its members. Its total membership is estimated to number approximately 1,600, with most of those residing in Texas.

"In Exodus 3.2, the Angel of the Lord appeared to Moses in the form of a burning bush - a bush, mind you - that was not consumed by the flames," said Pastor Franklin Gimbel, founder of the sect and former GOP lobbyist. "We believe that President Bush is doing the Lord's work, and that it is no coincidence that the Lord chose another messenger whose very name echoes this historical and pivotal encounter. He, too, shines bright both with the fire of His faith and the flames of those who would persecute Him, especially via the damnable internet; yet He is not consumed by either."

The sect gained enormous credibility when Gimbel's prediction of a second term for Bush came true, and membership has risen sharply, along with financial contributions. The net worth of the church is estimated at $75 million.

"The President has selected this group for inclusion in his faith-based initiative for its charitable works, not for its theological stance," said Scott McClellan in a press conference on Monday. "Of course, the President is always pleased to see people acting with such strong faith, and to such positive ends."

Some observers are skeptical about the sect's motivations, however, and note that the principal "charitable works" conducted by the church involve Republican voting drives in 2000 and 2004.

"It is particularly interesting that this group actually considers George Bush's many well-documented personal problems as proof of his divinity," said Fordham University theology professor Alan McTague. "Each scandal that has arisen concerning his past, ranging from ducking active military service to abusing alcohol and drugs, has actually strengthened the church's beliefs; many consider that only someone marked by the divine could possibly make the transition from belligerent cocaine addict to President of the United States. His is a story of redemption, which resonates deeply with conservative Christians."

Bush, who is officially a member of the United Methodist Church, has not commented directly on the sect. However, White House aides have noted that he has recently taken to quoting or paraphrasing the Bible throughout the day, and is particularly fond of intoning "Let there be light!" when flipping light switches.

"Do we have our detractors? Sure," said Gimbel. "But President Bush stands by all his statements and misstatements, and so do we. You just have to have faith."
